Under Windows 10 on my previous computer, which was installed with Windows 8 and upgraded to Windows 10, installing the profile in Windows (making it appear in the C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color directory) and restarting Lightroom worked, but that doesn't work on my new computer with Windows 10 installed from scratch (the Other> Choose Profiles window remains empty).
